How to Play at Tempo?

When we playe something slow, we might be utilizing motor movements that aren't actually viable at tempo. We're talking about constraining time, not just to accuracy. There are absolutely things that you have to slow down to sort out. And i think your right constraint is the big deal. But eventually you can start removing that extra time by keeping the context in place with the part that you're playing. You're giving yourself a chance to kind of reset and regroup before you kind of attack the next one.
