The Future of Free Speech on Social Media
The Supreme Court is going to hear a series of cases over the next couple of years relating to free speech on social media. The First Amendment, as we know it today, was really written in the 1960s. It wasn't until 1919 and arguably almost a decade after that that the Supreme Court really started giving content to the First Amendment.
