Gazy: Having diverse perspectives on your team is so that you can make great use of people having a variety of perspectives. "We screen for that generally through anecdote and I do that for what any function," he says. He also talks about multi-localism, how visual designers need to be able to adapt their designs to different cultures. Gazy: There's an interesting question there around multilocalism appropriation as well where it's the mood boards are interesting enablers of appropriation.
