Literacy has been down by about 90 % over what it was 200 years ago. People are getting more lonely. Suicide is increasing. Drug use is increasing. Mental health problems are increasing. It turns out that if you're lonely, you shouldn't get on social media. You should call a friend, and then take out your bike and go outside and get some sunshine. That's really important.
