Saul is proving the Lord was right in his estimation of Saul's potential, a chosen vessel who is now filled with wisdom and power. Peter found a man named Aneas which had kept his bed eight years and was sick of the palsy. In verse 34 and 35 Peter said unto him, didn't even need to be asked. It says nothing to do with Peter but everything to do with Jesus. He heals you. So arise, make up thy bed and he arose immediately. And all that dwelt at Litta and Seren saw him and turned to the Lord. They just traded out their fear of Saul for a Saul inspired fear of the Lord.
