Is Yoga a Good Strength Training Option?

Yoga is a lot of isometric contractions, right? Contracting the muscle without lengthening or shortening it. It can also add elements of heat, if you're doin the beakrom or some offshoot of that. Odd positions lead to flexibility. But i see yoga has less strength training than flexibility and or core training,. I don'think it'sgoing to be sufficient for very long so an hit you with a couple of pinions here. First off, do yoga because you like yoga, not because you want to be a faster cyclist. And secondly, i priortize mobility work, you know, flossing muscles, doing joint extractions,
