India's three of India's rating agencies are controlled out of companies. Moody's, Stylen and Paul's and Fitch used to be controlled out of Paris but it is all now now also in the United States. The largest homegrown ratings agency that is not foreign controlled is care ratings. "I ask myself if I'm an African issuer from Angola or from Nigeria"
