How to Use the ACGME Milestones in Faculty Development

The ACGME clinician educator milestones still feel very new and I think programs across the country in their faculty development are still grappling with how to use these milestones. It's not meant to be used in the sense of promotion or monetary reward, but meant for individuals to use it as a self-reflective tool for your own kind of self- Reflective journey as a clinician educator. And I'm hoping, like you said, that people look at it as a way to almost self-evaluate.
