We own about 20 thousand apartments and single family rental homes throughout the sun bells. So we saw huge rent growth last year, now it's closer to ten %. That's still triple what it would have been in 20 17, 18, 20. We're still talking about much higher a rates of inflation than you've seen historically. i believe it's going to stay high for the next few years, ecause because of the background inflation happening in the market.
