I think we have an inability right now to be uncomfortable. I feel very invalidated by my reality when someone else has a different reality, you know. The fact that you're still going to get like 100% sleep score that night is because your tote bag is heavy with other people's opinions and it's totally okay not pick them up or drop them at the shore. That's gone. Those places are ghost towns. You don't need to show yours to anybody for it to be validated. And everybody else's opinions, you choosing to pick them up and put them in the tote bag. Bingo.100%. Little Erin just wants to be heard, wants to be seen
