The Impact of the Export Controls on China
The export controls were imposed exactly seven months ago. We certainly saw the effect four or five years ago on companies like ZTE and Huawei that basically got obliterated from the cell phone markets. Nvidia has came out with a chip, especially for China, that is basically the same speed as the AI chip they sell in the West but as low or inner connect speeds.
