Maximus, a Whole Mystery of Christ

St. Al Kimmel in his new book, Destin for Joy, has some nice quotes from Isaac of Nineveh. I don't see how one can get to the end of the major ambiguous without realizing that universalism is necessarily entailed in his system of thought. Now Maximus also, and this I think Hans-Oe's fun about Azar is right about this one. He chooses to maintain what is called an honorable silence. This is the silence he was talking about that he does not make explicit claims one way or another.
