Precarious Capitalism - When Does It Begin?
When does precarious capitalism begin? I would date it and that's just because you're pushing me to date it at the very turn of the century. So there is a proliferation of commitments in national economic programs to competitiveness. In the European Union, such a document was the so-called Lisbon program. That declared that they will turn the European economy into the most competitive economy in the world by year 2020.
