"It looks like a gigantic victory for Black Americans to be, finally, no longer considered second classes," he says. "The Randy Weingarten's of the world have some explaining to do." He adds that in five years, if you see a young Black person who came from a poorer situation and still made it through an Ivy League school, I definitely want that person on my team.
