A Big Frame Around a Painting
If we were trying to trace it all, it would be impossible. You put a frame around the picture and then you can look at the whole painting from a place of ease. We are not caught up in the prenetic energy of it. But because we have a big frame, we cana seein the whole with seeing the totality of it from a place of openness,. A place of balance. It's just really helpful to remember that whenever you think, whenever you have doubts, you know, about your practice, i can't deal with what's happening whatever form it takes.
