The Impact of Physical Disability on Interpersonal Relationships at Work

People who have a physical disability it doesn't matter if it's visible or invisible they report oftentimes more demeaning relationships with co-workers. They report less opportunity to get ahead in the workplace and certainly report more mistreatment even out in the world by service providers. It tends to be white collar workers or professional workers higher status workers who report the most discriminatory or unkind treatment at work.
