i think we're so used to men expressing negative emotions in the form of anger, rather than sadness. Men who are friends with one another don't expect to be wrapped up in the other person's arm and crying with them. There is a kind of cut off point at which it is no longer acceptable for what men can say and do in their relationships. And if you think about it, is so much easier to go out and find some one to date, to sleep with for a night, than it is to find a friend.
