Transgender Prisoner Sexually Abused in a Female Prison

Karen White was convicted of sexual offences and sent to women's prison. She used her transgender persona to put herself in contact with vulnerable women. There is a completely reasonable argument that trans women are particularly at risk of sexual violence in male prisons. Male prisons are in any case a really horrible place to be. The conditions are horrible. They have violent tense places to be.
