After seven days of hearings, more than forty hours of a public feedback, debate and amendment, council voted eight to three in support of a b c housing project. Its 13 stories, a hundred and 29 unis of split supported housing. Half of those units are for folks, or planned for folks, who are street homeless,. And half of those an anta drug dependent. The context is, the folks in that neighborhood are not happy.
