The Different Frequency of Light the Sun Generates

The color of the sun is linked to this physical property that photons have different frequencies. And we experience those frequencies in different ways, so really we need to think about like why photons have different wavelengths. The Mantis Shrimp has lightning fast reflexes because it's going for speed over say the definition of its vision. Whereas we humans are slow. We like to think, what is that really?
