New York City - Is the Supercharging a Good Idea?

Donis Rodriguez: Supercharging is a great framing. I think that programming is a key part of why we've seen a lot of open streets be really successful. We need to test them and say, hey, look, what is your feedback? If you don't like it, ok, let's let' not do this,. But at the very least let's test it, and let's think about what this looks like. Let's get conversations going and spark whether that's in community board meetings or literally on the street space.
