The Advantages of Working in a Group Setting

When you're the leader at the top of the pyramid, it's a lonely place. And people tend to tell you what they think you want to hear as opposed to what you need to hear. So creating an environment where you have a mentor or you have peers that you trust and who are prepared to listen is very powerful. I prefer to work in a team setting because it goes faster. Of course, it's evil, Divwa, but it takes longer.
