In the past these things that today are extremely cheap were extremely expensive and took a lot of effort for them to maintain because there was a lack of prosperity. The future has more technology they have more innovation they have more humans they have more goods and so they have more of everything in the future again assuming we're optimists here. A house today is far more prosperous than a billionaire's house 100 years ago you know it might be smaller but you've got so much so many more luxuries and prices of prosperity are coming down continually.
