Founders - What Do You Look For?

When we've spoken to some other asset managers and allocators across the space, a lot of them have talked about the importance of finding a founder that you really believe in. Look, I think it starts with values. You need to find people with the strong ethical base, right? For starters, right? They're just making it like Sam Bankman freed. Yeah,. It may not be appropriate to have a force of board of directors on somebody at the pre-seed level, but you also need to do the due diligence as well.
