Do You Know Why Keith Don't Like OCRs?
Ocars have limitations. They are just a tool. Having them doesn't mean that you've created a successful company and if youwere achieving your ocars and you're not successful, then your ocares were probably bad. And so i think the thing to keep in mind is to separate your efforts or inputs from outcomes. Even if you've done every key result and you've hit it out of the park and you've done it ahead of time, ultimately you hold yourself accountable. Did we achieve the outcome? That's really important.
