The Base Camp Analogy Is Awesome

The shift of emphasis is going to start to occur here around the third base camp or here around the fourth or fifth base camp. Like we're going to have to start putting in some policies and procedures and structures, but not yet. That's down the road a piece. Let's I think it frees teams up to think about the things that are really immediate right now. And and gives them permission to put some things further down the road and not worry about them right now until we get this part nailed.
