A great book by ros chast helped me contextualize how important it is for your loved ones to think ahead about these really tough things. A tactical thing that cheri and i use to get this done, is we have a weekly 20 minute meeting. But if we don't have the weekly meeting, like some people do us once a month, i like once a week, way better.
