Matt Welch: I think what's interesting is like the listeners of this podcast who are more familiar with their working genius, I bet you can divide the line. He says we typically get in the room and it is about throwing a dozen ideas against a white board or a wall; which of these really makes sense? Welch: But there's discerners in the room that are like, some ideas are better than others. Maybe there's not dumb ideas, but we're going to figure out what the best ideas are.
