Are Hehackers Pirates?

Hehackers are the modern day pirates, being hired with letters of mark. That's more like, i'm goingto take this hacker, and i want this organization tract. The way youregoing to do it is, and again, its i want you to hack all their bank accounts. And if you hack their bank accounts, you can keep some, or not even that be like here the targets we want hit, and we won't come after you for hitting em. But you're talking about massive corporations that work with government. That's not the same thing.
