i would definitely recommend doing a weight lifting workout, maybe about twice a week. It doesn't have to be super fancy. As long as you're in the jim twice a week, focusing on compound, multi joint lifts. Try to get a little bit stronger every couple weeks by lifting a little bit more weight. But for those, you know, masters runners, and especially masters runners, who are targeting shorter races,. i might say it's not as important. If you were training for a hundred mile race, i might say, well, maybe you should just run more and do some more body weight strength training. That'll probably be sufficient.
