What Should the US Rail Industry Do?
There comes a point when moving things around in our economy on the rail becomes so critical that it can't be trusted to Wall Street. The chemical industry underpins 25% of US GDP, but there is an awful lot and I mean an awful lot of shockingly dangerous things being transported. And we're not here to say that this is the answer and we should go do it. This is the problem and it needs a different answer than the one we have today.
