The first week that i tried to run 200 miles in a week. Andad my week went from saturday morning til friday night. I was dowling over my training. When i ran four miles, which meantin my first wee onde, 201 miles. That exacty what you do. Ye well, is, yes. There isn't that element of, have i got everything balanced? Because inherently you haven't.
