The Importance of a Strong Advisor in the Acquisition
We were growing like crazy and our multiplier that we sold the company was pretty low. And I think that probably a strong advisor would have helped in that sense, something that we were missing because many VCs are not that hands on. In my opinion, we probably should have waited a bit longer, but you know, an opportunity presented itself. We got really sweet deal from PlayTeeCAD. They offered the founding team to kind of have an egg and another exit with them because they were preparing to sell. So we kind of sold the same company twice in a way.
