How to Be a Successful Service Designer

Admiral Pioneer has a design community which brings the different disciplines together. I think this idea of stepping on other people's toes and having a remit that it can be very high level but also very detailed or somewhere in between is something that often causes friction. We have monthly sessions where we share kind of a design grid across the different businesses and the different disciplines. It's not just service design, it's UX, product, UI and we also are inviting more product owners to it. Just the mindset of collaborating being open for feedback that is quite key not being too precious about the work.
