Many people carry on in bad habits because they don't want to ask for help. It's so true that shame piece around money is really prevalent. One of the tag lines of my second book, which is brokelonial takes on investing, is that it's time to ditch the misconception that investing is just for the wealthy. But i do feel that ihave a lot of empathy for men who are trying to uphold traditional genernorms like that.
