You have to move away from quota and look at attainment more as a basis of productivity. If your productivity was, let's say, $1,000 per hour of selling time, next year it needs to be $1,050. And I think the things you can control is how much time are you spending reinventing the wheel? How much time do you spend on navigating panes of glass in your monitor rather than actually talking to customers? Those are the controllables that you can start to improve from a productivity perspective.
