The key in life is to have self-confidence and change that thermostat level of what you think you're worth. The biggest way I change my identity is through who I hung around. Hanging around lastly is also, I can read a book from you on health, on sleep. And so a lot of identity shifts came from things I listen to and people that were live in my life.
