The Paranoid Personality Disorder
Today's personality disorder is called the schizoid personality disorder. Usually are withdrawing almost entirely from social contact with other people unless they have to to survive. They also engage in excessive tracking, recording, or policing type of behaviors. And so if you are looking for signs that this person is a paranoid personality, it's often more apparent to somebody outside than somebody on the inside.
