Is It an Awful Idea to Punish Russia?

Energy is still flowing. The one big enshalatta, that would have shifted a lot more terms of gea politics, has not been put in place. That's the area where i think you'll see the biggest impact in the united states. We don't actually import that much oil and gas from russia, but the impact on prices has been dramatic. I think it's up to a hundred and ten dollars a barrel.
