How to Get Out of Headspace With Yoga

Durdeling has been one of the most helpful things that I feel the reason on a toffle is because sometimes we have a lot of mind stuff and we don't do a lot with our body. We want to get back into our body, right? Because the body has inherent value no matter what. And so if we can start thinking and valuing our body and being like, okay, what can my body do for me right now to get me out of this like headspace? You can do lots of like really simple things to break those thought patterns. There's a lot of great research coming out about yoga.
