At Airbnb, developer experience was identified as a top source of developers leaving the company. At Infra, it took alignment at very senior levels to say, "No, no, no. This is a really big focus" And when we did that, that was actually a huge moment because we had teams that have been trying to work on improving the developer environment specifically.
