"I think focus is a superpower. And whatever the opposite of super power is, that's what distraction is," he says. "If I had somebody like managing a schedule, that means like, I'm not doing the things I need to do because I shouldn't have a schedule." He doesn't listen to anything his parents or teachers tell him about how to get a good job. His advice: Read as much as you can, follow your genuine interest and then try to pick a career or pick your work.
