i think one of the challenges that that banks have to day is the haven't gone far enough in the kind of digital transformation. There's been a lot of focus about taking, you know, what people thought was their brand and putting it on line. And i think for me, getting closer to thinking about predictive analytics...that's when the brand will truly come to life. It needs to be about being hyperrelevant when people are unaccustomed journey with you. You can't really have one without the other in to day's market.
