You Don't Need to Blame, Complain or Over Explain
i find there's some blaming, complaining and over explaining when i get a client or meante who did not follow through with the commitments they made. No matter what n i go, i three is a great number. In fact, i think that's kind of the the bare minimum for results, is three times a week working out. And as we progress your programme, one way to progress, do progressove overlow is simply adding even another day. If your cup is empty, you can't give to others because you cannot give to others. These people need to hear the black and white on how I'm very driven by my self remating beliefs.
