How Do Sanctions Fit Into Cyber Security?

I really don't think that there's any, you know, industry or, or business that's immune to the threat of cyber activity or cyber warfare. One of the tools that the United States has utilized in conjunction with allies is sanctions. And those have been largely to disrupt the movement of money across borders. I don't think it plays as strong of a role, just given the nature of the way in which ransomware and these bad actors make their money.
