i think envy and jealousy is a really good, healthy and useful emotion. When i'm scrolling through n instrogram and i'm jealous of something, that's literally information of lia. And when you're not jealous, that's also information selinthat doesn't bother me. We always apply shame when it comes to jealousy or envy - but we should be open about our feelings.
