Do You Have Any Evidence of the Doomsday Predictions That Opponents Have Been Making?

Doomsday predictions about what would happen if you got rid of qualified immunity have not come to pass in Colorado, New Mexico and New York City. In fact, my understanding is that Colorado has done better than national trends in terms of overall retention questions. There have been a relatively small handful of cases brought under the new Colorado Civil Rights Law.
