The best example I like to give which you probably saw in one of my videos is Amazon started by selling books online when no one was buying anything online. That's a very small ideal customer profile. But because they did that for decades at a time, they kept expanding their ICP now. They sell everything everywhere. They earned the right to expand their ICP. And guess what? You will. You will expand it at three million, at 10 million, at 50 million, 100 million, 500 million, a billion and so on and so forth.
