The aim of the game is to have, as you said, the systems in place for each one of these so that they can then start to happen without you, the business owner, involved. You need to calculate how many suspects have I got in the last quarter, the last month, the last year, or whatever period of time you want to analyze. If you're not measuring it, how do you know if it's actually working? And if you should change just or tweak or pivot some of these systems in place that are meant to be driving these areas, we’re not calculating it. So calculating some of these things actually helps you manage where you are actually doing well.
