When is peak commercial refinancing due? And would that represent the bottom sophisticated question? So people have looked at this. They talk about the wall of maturities. Unfortunately, the peak is 2023 and it's very similarly in 2024. I do expect in many cases that refinancing will fail and these assets will go through distress. But we'll get a lot of data from this.
